500 grams of good quality mince - 1 x red pepper - 1 x courgette - 1 x Onion - Kidney beans - Balsamic vinegar - Sea salt and black pepper - Passata 500ml - Tomato puree (1 tbsp) - Cumin seeds (1 tbsp) - Chilli powder (1/2 tbsp) - 2 cloves of garlic

1 tbsp of cacao nibs - 1 tbsp of sunflower and pumpkin seeds - 1 tbsp of flaked almonds - 3 medjool dates

300 grams of skinless chicken breast - 50 grams ground almonds - 1 egg - 1 tsp onion powder -Ground black pepper - Ground sea salt -Dried mixed herbs - 2 medium to large baking potatoes - 2 medium to large sweet potatoes - Olive oil for cooking

Ingredients for 2 people: 1 red pepper - 1 onion - half a block of Haloumi cheese - 4 x free range or organic eggs - 2 medium potatoes - Olive oil for cooking - Note: you will need a non stick pan or tray for the oven
